Integrate Campus Management with ERP systems

Integrating Campus Management systems like CampusNet® (with ERP systems such as SAP) is a typical IT requirement at universities.

For example, if the university employs a registered student as research assistants, a synchronised data between CampusNet® and SAP is required. CampusNet® contains the student master data while the universities’ HR system is run on SAP.

The Campus Integration Framework simplifies these business processes without having to program expensive point-to-point interfaces between the individual systems.

Integrate Campus Management with E-learning 

By using CIF, different E-learning platforms like Moodle can be connected and integrated with Campus-Management-System (CMS). Lecture rooms (as listed within a learning management system LMS) can be automatically assigned to courses registered on CampusNet®. Users, rights and general information are synced with both systems. If a student registers for a course, his registration is automatically noted in the learning-management-system. Students and lectures alike can access the room linked with their course without having to log into LMS. On the other hand any information published on LMS is automatically transferred to the Campus management system.

Technology

No programming is necessary when integrating functions with the Campus Integration Framework (CIF). The CIF operates code-free and provides a graphical configuration interface that allows quick and easy integration. The CIF sets new standards in ease of use and operates with minimal training required.

While developing the model of your university business processes, the integration tool provides a simple process emulator. This will move you through the module flow to view the results of your process. You can log the integration steps in progress and monitor the performance of the system integration. A driver’s eye view provides information on latency, volume, error rates and other important criteria.
